魔女を倒した涼花たちは、エレベーターで32階へ向かう。そこに残された１枚の写真と自由帳に描かれていた内容を見て戸惑う二人。レベル4に進んだ涼花が部屋を出てみると、廊下に出ただけで死んでしまい…⁉
After defeating the witch, Suzuka and her friends take the elevator to the 32nd floor. There, they are confused by a photo and a notepad that was written in it. When Suzuka goes to level 4 and leaves her room, she dies as soon as she steps into the hallway...?!
Après avoir vaincu la sorcière, Suzuka et les autres prennent l'ascenseur jusqu'au 32ème étage. Les deux sont confus lorsqu'ils voient la seule photographie laissée là et le contenu écrit dans le cahier. Lorsque Suzuka atteint le niveau 4 et quitte sa chambre, elle meurt dès qu'elle entre dans le couloir…?!
