A team of archaeologists open a tomb that awakens a horde of monsters, while adventurer Yusuke Godai has visions of using a strange belt from the tomb to fight back against them.
西暦2000年。日本アルプスで謎の古代墳墓が発見された。遺跡に記された古代文字の解析を任された沢渡桜子はそこから「死」と「警告」という不吉な意味を読み解く。その夜、発掘現場で異常が発生。翌朝、現場に到着した五代雄介は遺跡で不思議なベルトを目撃。雄介は桜子にベルトの古代文字の解読を依頼する。
