「現実世界にあった街の一部が消失し、それが異世界に出現する」という謎の現象が次々と発生し、戸惑う人々[17][18]。異世界に飛ばされた人々を元の世界に戻すため、仮面ライダーたちは聖なる刃を手にして「本の中の世界」へ飛び込み、人々を救う「救世主」として聖剣を振るう。 昔から、人類の歴史とその根源が詰まった本を守る組織ソードオブロゴスと自分たちの世界へと本を書き換えようとするメギドの戦いが続いていた。 小説家の神山飛羽真は、繰り返し異世界に少女が吸い込まれる夢を見ていた。飛羽真はその夢の中で手にしていた本を実際に持っており、自身を担当する編集者の須藤芽依とともに外出するが、そこで異世界に街の一部が飛ばされてしまう事態が起こり、その中にいたメギドと対峙した飛羽真は突如として現れた火炎剣烈火と手にしていた本とともに仮面ライダーセイバーへと変身してメギドを倒し、街を元に戻す。 飛羽真はソードオブロゴスの剣士である新堂倫太郎 / 仮面ライダーブレイズに組織の拠点へと導かれ、彼らとともに世界を守ることを決意する。

Kamen Rider, also known as Masked Rider, is a Japanese media franchise consisting of tokusatsu television programs, films, and manga, created by manga artist Shotaro Ishinomori. Kamen Rider media generally features a motorcycle-riding superhero with an insect motif who fights supervillains, often known as kaijin. The franchise began in 1971 with the Kamen Rider television series, which followed college student Takeshi Hongo and his quest to defeat the world-conquering Shocker organization. The original series spawned television and film sequels and launched the Second Kaiju Boom on Japanese television during the early 1970s, impacting the superhero and action-adventure genres in Japan.
