So I was pulling low reps with the idea of trying to PR at 500 in mind this whole workout. I know this technically is probably a no lift in competition terms for powerlifting, because I barely held it at the top. Also I don't really care all that much because my focus is on olympic weightlifting right now. But I locked out and finished the pull to the point where I can say I fully pulled that weight. I am next gonna aim for 550 by Fall or so, but as my squat flexibility and strength improves, I will also get better with my deadlift pull.
