I went to the WORST RATED MAKEUP ARTIST in my city, in London. This makeup artist totally gave me the ICK, she kept blowing into my eyes - she did this like 5 TIMES too !!!! There was literally no need to blow onto my eyes either, could she not have just used a BRUSH ?! I paid £50 for this makeup look.
