You're Not the Boss of Me

Amys und Bruces Ruf wird vollkommen wiederhergestellt, als das Gericht ihnen best ätigt, dass ihr Verhältnis zu jeder Zeit rein beruflich war. Darüber ist Amy so froh, dass sie sofort veranlasst, dass Bruce wieder in ihrem Büro arbeiten kann. Bruce ist wenig erbaut über die Aktion, da Amy alles über seinen Kopf hinweg entschieden hat, ohne ihn auch nur zu fragen. Vincent wird endlich aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen. Sofort nimmt Maxine ihn unter ihre Fittiche und bemuttert ihn schrecklich, bis ihre Arbeit sie davon abhält. Sie soll einen Erzieher unter die Lupe nehmen, der des sexuellen Missbrauchs beschuldigt wird. Amy fragt sich, ob sie eine gute und verantwortungsbewusste Mutter ist, als sie vor Gericht über eine Teenager-Mutter entscheiden soll, die ihr Baby vor den Treppen einer Kirche ablegte und sich nun wegen Totschlags verantworten muss.
