In the rotunda on the 43rd floor of the majestic Grand Lisboa Hotel in Macao sits Robuchon au Dôme, Asia's fanciest restaurant. It has held 3 Michelin stars for the last 15 years and boasts the largest wine cellar in China with over 17,000 labels. Today we drink them all! Just kidding.
