An anonymous donor gifts a statue of Mayor Brink to Astro Park in Glenn City. After dark, aliens emerge from the statue and steal a micro-miniaturized computer from nearby Glenn City Research Center. Johnny, Zena, and Rhom are then tasked by the police to locate the stolen computer.
