With the assistance of everyone at Jinyudo, Jin tries to turn the foetus through chiropractic theraphy and moxibustion (a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves burning mugwort over an acupuncture point near the toes). He makes a decision, placing ultimate priority on Nokaze’s body …
1867年秋、天皇に政権を戻すいわゆる「大政奉還」の実現に向け、坂本龍馬（内野聖陽）は日々ほんそうしていた。その一方で、南方仁（大沢たかお）はそんな龍馬のことを気にかけつつも、岩の転移を抱えながらの出産を控え、「仁友堂」に入院してきた野風（中谷美紀）の身体を心配していた。
坂本龍馬為了實現「大政奉還」而奔走，南方仁一方面掛心龍馬的事情，一方面也很擔心入院中的野風。
而小咲為了野風，也努力向產婆學習。但此時橘恭太郎又接到命令，要他繼續偵查龍馬的動向...
