Due to Rango's plan, a large-scale disappearance incident occurs overnight. Shouma, Kizunato, and Rakia finally face off against Rango. Even Overgav, transformed into the Gochipod, is no match for Rango's overwhelming power and is defeated. Defeated, the three each prepare for the next battle. Meanwhile, it is revealed that the next target is a live performance by U.M.A, a band recommended by Yukika's friend, Ritsu. Shouma and the others decide to infiltrate the venue to stop Saneyoshi.
