以前に増して身体の不調に悩まされる絆斗は、限界を感じ酸賀の研究所を再び訪れる。 そこで、ダークショウマに「御主人様」と呼ばれる酸賀の姿を目撃してしまう。 一方ショウマは絆斗との関係を改善できず、不調の絆斗を心配していた。 絆斗の危機的状況を知り、幸果と共にデンテのもとへ助けを求めることに。 酸賀はついに本当の目的を告白し、ショウマ達の前に立ちはだかる。 「ショウマ君、俺と戦おうよ」 新たなゴチゾウを手にした酸賀は仮面ライダーへと変身し、ショウマ達に襲い掛かる。
Suffering from even more physical problems than before, Kizunato feels he has reached his limit and visits Sanga's laboratory again. There, he witnesses Dark Shouma calling Sanga "Master." Meanwhile, Shouma is unable to improve his relationship with Kizunato and is worried about his poor health. Learning of Kizunato's critical situation, he and Yukika decide to go to Denté for help. Sanga finally confesses his true purpose and stands in front of Shouma and the others. "Shouma, let's fight." With a new Gochizou in hand, Sanga transforms into Kamen Rider and attacks Shouma and the others.
