  • S03E01 New Zealand: Slack rope and bungee

    Jack's global adventure kicks off in New Zealand, and he wastes no time in getting his young recruits stuck into their first challenge - walking a slack line, or tightrope, suspended over a sickening drop high in the mountains. To even get to its location, after being dropped off by helicopter, the recruits face a gruelling uphill mountain slog. Two things soon become clear to Jack - he has an unfit bunch on his hands, and he's going to face a lot of moaning over the coming weeks.

    Jack and his crew are off to the Sarawak jungle. Here they will live beneath the canopy for six days as they trek towards the home of the Penan, one of the last truly nomadic jungle tribes untouched by the 21st Century. This task will be make or break time for recruits' mental and psychical capabilities and with no hospital nearby, preparation for the journey is the ultimate key to survival.

    After four adrenaline-soaked weeks away in New Zealand and Borneo, Jack and the recruits regroup in London for their next adventure. The challenge: to run a route though central London. Sounds easy? This being Adrenaline Junkie, they're going to do it the hard way by joining a hardcore team of urban runners, who are going to do the run parcour style. Jack and his recruits will use stairs, handrails and balconies to create their own obstacle course through London’s streets, and they've only got two days to get their skills up to scratch.

    Jack is lying in a freezing tent, deep in the mountains 300 miles into the Arctic circle in Northern Finland, too ill to move. Outside, the merciless wind is dropping the temperature to minus 28. The nearest major hospital is 250 miles away, and he's 50 miles across savage, storm exposed terrain from the nearest road. If ever there is a moment so far in Jack’s adventures on Adrenaline Junkie when they look like they could come to an end, then this is it. Jack sends the recruits back to the kick boxing school in Thailand that licked him into shape in the first series of Adrenaline Junkie. It's a punishing regime of fitness training and learning how to fight, Thai style. Here, Londoner Kai, who has struggled with many of the challenges, comes into his own.

  • S03E05 Kung Fu training with the Shaolin Monks

    After surviving the rigours of the world’s tallest bungee, Jack and his recruits head deep into the heart of China for their next challenge – kung fu training with the Shaolin monks. It's a serious undertaking. A regime of 5am starts, spartan living conditions and a punishing physical programme of learning moves and dramatically increasing fitness levels. To get through their week, Jack’s recruits will need every last ounce of self discipline they possess - just what Jack feels they need at this stage of their global adventure.

In this episode, he is joined by Hollywood star Elijah Wood as they go white water rafting on the Zambezi River, cross the world's largest waterfall on a rope, and undertake a terrifying canyon swing.

    Jack Osbourne and his celebrity companions take on more of the toughest adrenaline thrills challenges the world can offer. In the Alps he is joined by Happy Mondays icon Bez, Ex-EastEnder Charlie Brooks and Shameless's Jody Latham. They take on the world's biggest bungee down the front of the dam which featured in Goldeneye, build their very own ice hotel in the mountains, and undertake a terrifying mid-air jump from one cable car to another.

Still in the Alps with Happy Mondays icon Bez, ex-EastEnder Charlie Brooks and Shameless's Jody Latham, the adrenaline kicks up a notch as they attempt a terrifying leap from one cable car to another, before taking on the most dangerous motor racing circuit in Europe. They round off their adventure with some Swiss pant wrestling and a spot of wing walking.

    Jack Osbourne and his celebrity mates continue their quest to seek out the world's biggest adrenaline rushes. Jack is still in New Zealand with supermodel Jodie Kidd, actor John Thomson, and ex-Busted bandmember Matt Willis, where they undertake a gruelling 24-hour adventure race involving sea kayaking, cycling, waterfall jumping and running, followed by a terrifying bungy jump from a cable car. After Kayaking John quits and then it's left to Jack, Matt and Jodie to continue. Then They have to traverse from a huge rock or they face a 20 minute penalty. Soon it's back to biking then caving which they do with a heavy heart.

Their training involves getting in the ring with a bull, and taking part in an Indian fire ceremony, before their tuition culminates in a fierce bout against a professional opponent.

They then make the trip to Queenstown where they have to face the world's largest canyon swing. They then have to dangle off the side of a mountain attached to a helicopter.

    Joanna Page, Jesse Metcalfe and Reggie Yates continue their adventure with Jack in New Zealand. The experience a night-time bungee jump high above Queenstown before moving on to Dubai. Once there they play a game of camel polo and compete in a powerboat race.

    Jack travels to the Canadian Rockies with Natalie Imbruglia, Billy Boyd and Konnie Huq for a series of different challenges. Firstly they have to climb Mount Fable but they soon find themselves in difficulties. They also go mountain biking in some woods and experience underground caving.

    Natalie Imbruglia, Billy Boyd and Konnie Huq travel to Hawaii with Jack. Whilst there they try out free diving and they then go on a kayaking trip along the remote volcanic coastline. A the end of their trip they try out surfing.
