Maiji Kinenkan is the oldest bridal hall in Japan undergoing an upgrade to celebrate its 50th anniversary. This includes the addition of a Chinese restaurant, and its new grand chef, a Cantonese master and an expert in cooking for large gatherings, is today's challenger.
