Anna travels to Pampangna in the Philippines where she meets Chef Claude Tayag and together they prepare some classic Filipino dishes. When Anna returns home she takes inspiration Chef Claude’s use of fruit in a main and unexpected ingredients in dessert and puts a twist on sweet and savoury dishes.
