Almost three years ago, people were met with shock when the news that Pornhub had been profiting off of horrifying videos released without consent for years emerged. Almost immediately, it seemed like the end. Credit card companies were pulling out, they erased a massive amount of content, and nearly 2 million people had signed a petition to get the company to shut down. But, after taking a closer look, people had some questions. The whole campaign was led by some notorious Christian cult-like groups like IHOP and Exodus Cry. Was the Pornhub scandal really what it seemed?
