The murder of Robert Breininger, who was shot dead by his 10-year-old son in what appeared to be a tragic accident. However, it later transpired the youngster had been manipulated into the act by Judith Hawkey, his stepmother, to secure a $500,000 life insurance settlement. A decade after the 2003 incident, Hawker was found guilty of aggravated murder, insurance fraud and child-endangering
