Milton Berle extends his engagement with his bandleader Ricky Ricardo (Desi Arnaz) at a Las Vegas nightclub for an extra two weeks. When Milton misses his wedding anniversary, Ricky's wife Lucy (Lucille Ball) assists Milton in a crazy scheme to help his wife forgive him. In the process, they get mixed up with a couple of mobsters and hilarity ensues.
