As 155mph winds wreak havoc on the city, it's a fight for survival for Stephen Brookins' family and filmmaker James. After the hurricane passes, the people of Panama City emerge to a different world. For many of them, their lives are changed forever. Almost every tree is down and 13,000 homes are destroyed. The emergency services struggle to cope with the workload. Meanwhile Josh's analysis of the hurricane's path leads him to the small town of Mexico Beach, which was obliterated by tsunami-like storm surge.
