江海一中体育教师高大树（岳鼎饰），被学校指派组建“江海队”，准备在寒假前举行“秋季悠悠球大赛”上为学校争光。从美国转学回来的李非（张逸凡饰）的突然加入，在队中引起了轩然大波。集训队投入了紧张的训练，李非在大家的拥护下，接替麦军（陈伟栋饰）成为队长，和教练高大树一起，带领大家最终在“秋季悠悠球大赛”上获得冠军，队员们也在励志过程中得到了成长。
