Its election season and three major parties - MSP, OBP and FRP are in the running to form the government in Karnataka - Will it be MSP led by Krishna Gundu Bala as the CM OR Pushpesh from FRP OR will Humble Politician Nograj who turns the tables on them with a little help from his friend - Jr. Octopus paul
Jr. Octopus Paul has chosen FRP prompting Nograj to arm twist Karan Kapoor and have him convince Pushpesh to join hands with OBP to form the government. KGB is convinced that he has to be the CM and lands up at the Governor's house requesting him to make him the CM. Nograj threatens Pushpesh and his MLA's with dire consequences if they don't join the coalition and forcefully takes all MLA's, to a resort, so they are not horse traded by KGB.
Amidst the fun and games at the resort, 3 MLA's from FRP plan an escape from the resort as they have a better offer from KGB. Nograj foils this escape attempt and locks up the 3 guilty MLA's. KGB is distraught as he is not able to buy MLA's nor get rid of his Russian mafia problem. Nograj is farming a secret relationship. KGB gets an idea to use the media to derail Nograj's plan.
A video leaked to the media accuses Nograj of kidnapping the FRP MLAs. He gets an idea to prove the kidnapping accusation on him as fake and blames it on KGB instead. This twist throws MSP and KGB's plans out of place, even drawing flak from PM Sahab. The PM steps in and forces the Governor to make KGB the CM. News of KGB being sworn in as CM ruins Nograj's one big party.
At the end of the gala pool party Nograj is caught off guard as he watches KGB swearing in as the Chief Minister of Karnataka and his move to keep the MLAs on his side has backfired. While KGB is celebrating becoming the chief minister of Karnataka with his press conference, everyone is caught off guard and Nograj is stuck trying to maneuver his move to bring the situation back in control.
Nograj's attempt to commit suicide expressing his distaste in KGB being sworn in as the Chief Minister is rescued by his MLA's in tandem with the Coalition MLAs. KGB has to prove majority from his party and pass the floor test to retain his position as the CM of Karnataka. KGB with Mrs.Dalal is plotting to trap Nograj to rule him out with his Coalition. Karan Kapoor comes to the rescue of his party at the resort while KGBs son has carved a plan to kidnap the 3 MLAs from the Resort to help his father pass the floor test. Will he succeed in his mission?
Amidst the welcome party for Karan Kapoor, Nograj is keeping a tab on his MLAs to ensure no one escapes but chaos kicks in when one of the MLAs dies of a heart attack, unable to contain his excitement on meeting KK. Manipulative Nograj replaces the lost MLA with his widowed wife. Ram Rehman (son of KGB) enters the resort disguised as Nograj and ends up smuggling the 3 MLAs out of the resort.
While Karan Kapoor leaves the Resort, Nograj is in a fix with the 3 missing MLAs. His gets a tip off about the 3 MLAs being held hostage at Lok Sagar Hotel. To KGB's disappointment, the 3 MLAs also don't turn up at the legislative assembly resulting in him loosing majority and forced to resign from the CM's post. Simi uses this opportunity to bring the 2 CM candidates in a candid live interview where Nograj is accused of stealing the MLA's resulting in chaos and a brawl at the TV studio. After this debacle, does Nograt still stand a chance at becoming the CM of Karnataka?
The finale kicks off with Nograj's desperate attempt to become the CM of Karnataka with his coalition support clashing with KGB trying to prove his majority. Nograj uses all his tactics and power to search for the 3 MLA's. KGB is caught in his own web that he spun trying to manipulate Nograj. Who will prove their majority? Does Humble Politician Nograj have a humble chance at being the CM of Karnataka or will KGB defeat him?
