يتناول المسلسل قصة موظف صغير يدعى (عليش المزلقاني) يعمل بشركة كبيرة، وصدفة يصدر قرار بإقالة المدير و تعيينه مكانه وهو لا يملك مؤهلات العمل كمدير، ولكن السبب كان خطأ لغوي في اﻹسم، لتبدأ سلسلة من المواقف الكوميدية.
