殺し屋専用のホテル、「ホテル・イン・ヒューマンズ」へ傷を負った一人の男が逃げ込んでくる。雇い主に裏切られ追われている殺し屋、シャオ。ホテルのコンシェルジュ生朗と沙羅は、シャオの生き別れの妹の捜索を依頼される。雇い主に唯一の肉親である妹を人質に取られたシャオは、妹が成人するまでの身の安全と引き換えに殺し屋となっていた。シャオに迫る追手を迎え撃つべく、生朗と沙羅はおもてなし＜戦闘＞の準備を始める。
