The sequel starts some time after the events of the first series, as Hutch and his sister, Aya, lose their mother, the Queen Bee, after an attack of the Wasps which destroys their Kingdom. Together, they embark on a long and dangerous journey to find a place called the Beautiful Hill, on which they would rebuild their kingdom, and Aya would become the Queen. Tenten, a ladybug, befriends Hutch and Aya and joins them on their journey, as he searches for his missing father. At the same time they have to confront Apachi, a wasp who seeks revenge against Hutch, believing that he killed his father. At the end of the series, Hutch finally finds his mother, and the story ends with a happy ending.
Magà ha ritrovato finalmente sua madre l'Ape regina e sua sorella Maya ed insieme hanno ricostruito il regno delle api. Nel regno le cose vanno bene, finché uno sciame di falene arriva a distruggere il territorio circostante l'alveare, di cui vogliono impossessarsi. La vecchia Aghi, un'ape a capo dell'esercito, vuole andare in guerra contro le falene, ma la Regina si oppone, così Aghi e il Generale iniziano a tramare per estrometterla, e mirano a mettere sul trono Dorosi, una giovane ape che aspira a diventare regina. Accortosi di questo tranello, l'altro generale, padre di un'ape amica di Magà e Maya, avvisa Magà e insieme decidono di recarsi a parlare con le falene per mantenere la pace.
女王である母親との再開を果たしたハッチ。そこではハッチは王子となって過ごしていた。しかし、みつばちの世界の内紛と、スズメバチの襲撃により、巣は壊滅。死に際に母が遺言で残した「美しの丘を目指せ」との言葉を胸に、妹のアーヤと共に旅に出る。
