Honey, the Play's the Thingie

Für das Theater in Matheson sieht es schlecht aus. Wenn nicht rasch 5000 Dollar in die Kasse kommen, droht die Schließung. Wayne stimmt widerwillig zu, Regie bei einem Stück zu führen, das er ziemlich blöd findet. Dank Amys Werbekampagne planen sogar Hollywood-Größen zur Aufführung zu kommen. Und so wird das Stück ein voller Erfolg.

Amy begs Wayne to direct a play to save a community theatre. He reluctantly agrees and finds people coming to his doorstep to try out. Meanwhile three aliens came to the house to fix their spaceship. The aliens came here since they know amy and the family. Bads guys are after the aliens so the family is on the look out while being in the play.

Deux extraterrestres, Re'box et De'tox, débarquent chez les Szalinski pour se cacher. En effet, ils sont recherchés par des chasseurs d'une autre planète. Nick et Amy dissimulent leur présence. Wayne, lui, apporte son aide à Amy en faisant passer des auditions pour sa pièce de théâtre. Il en profite pour faire jouer Re'box et De'tox afin de coincer leurs poursuivants.
