Leicestershire based baker Fiona Cairns, who prepared an eight-tiered wedding cake for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, gets ready for Christmas with some festive treats, including chocolate fridge buns decorated with snowmen, fat-free angel bites and a traditional pudding in the shape of a present.
