Brooke wants to go out on a date with a 22 year-old guy, but when Hulk gets wind of it, he really does not want it to happen. After ""discussing"" things with Brooke and Linda, Terry reluctantly allows Brooke to go on the date, but only after meeting the 22-year-old, Adam. Despite allowing Brooke to go on the date, Terry unleashes his inner-Hulk when he places a GPS tracking device on Brooke's truck, so he, and son Nick, can track where the car is at all times.
Terry and Linda think that Nick's been spending too much time with his new girlfriend, Ashley, who has been hanging around the house a lot lately. Concerned, the two search Nick's room and find a condom in Nick's wallet, and later interrogate him and Ashley. Wanting Nick to branch out and see that there are other girls, Terry takes Nick to a car show and tells his friend Kelly,a model, to take a ride with Nick in order to anger Ashley and take Nick's focus off of her. Nick does not fall for the bait, but promises not to see as much as Ashley in the end, and dismisses the condum incident as a misunderstanding.
Hulk continues shopping Brooke's music demos, and Brooke has a disastrous meeting with a manager who wishes to change her image completely. Then, Brooke gets the chance of a lifetime: At the Grammys, Hulk meets Larry Rudolph, Britney Spears' former manager. Larry calls Hulk and expresses interest in Brooke's singing career. Brooke and Hulk go to Los Angeles, where they meet with Larry and record a new song about Brooke's relationship with her father. Whether or not Larry will continue working with Brooke is up in the air, but Brooke walks away from their meeting with a reassured sense of confidence and strength.
When Vince McMahon calls Terry to offer him a spot in the Wrestling Hall of Fame, Terry takes the family to Wrestlemania 21. After accepting his award and the honor to be an inductee, Terry, who had promised his family that he would not get back into the ring, cannot resist the temptation of wrestling again. With the call so strong, Terry transforms himself into Hulk Hogan, regearing with the red and yellow and returning to the ring for one last fight. ""Wrestling is in my blood,"" he says when it's all over. ""But my family is in my heart.""
Linda, tired of only talking about business with her husband, is surprised when Hulk plans a romantic weekend away from home and away from the kids at the Don Cesar Beach Resort. As a last resort for a babysitter, Hulk relies on his friend Brian Knobs, who Nick discovers gives in very easily. Throughout the weekend, Nick uses Knobs' inability to say no to his advantage, by having a party, riding a golf cart around like a lunatic and mooning the country club members, and having his girlfriend sleep over. Hulk's not gonna be too happy when he gets home...
Linda is angry – recently, her neighbors have been filing complaints about her abundance of animals, seven dogs, a cockatoo, and a rooster, saying that all of them are making too much noise. Infuriated that the neighbor goes so far as to report her animals, “members of the family,†Linda confronts the neighbor…and her gardener, who says that Linda and her pets single-handedly destroyed the town. The Hogan family attempts to conceal some of their animals by keeping some of them in their beach house, but they still are forced to report to court. After the ruling, Linda shows her angry side when she curses out the council members...it’s not pretty.
Now that his wrestling career has simmered down, Hulk's been annoying his family members like crazy. Sick of being overscrutinized, overrushed, and overwatched, Nick, Brooke, and Linda plan some day trips to let Hulk experience different kinds of things. Nick goes out golfing with his dad and another father and son, but the boys ultimatley wind up being kicked off of the green for causing damage to the golf carts. Brooke and Linda try to get Hulk into tennis, but he would rather have a beer. But when Brooke and Linda try something else, Hulk may actually have found a hobby he likes - pilates.
Linda's feeling lethargic and overweight and thinks she needs advice beyond Hulk's "train hard, say your prayers and eat your vitamins." She hires a new age guru to visit the house and give all the Hogans a healthy lifestyle makeover. The guru tries to replace all the items in the Hogan refrigerator and helps cleanse the property of "hungry ghosts." But when the guru suggests colonics for everyone, Hulk decides he's had enough and schemes with the rest of the family to break free of the guru's hold.
To support Brookes music career, the Hogans move to Miami Beach, saying goodbye to there friends and home in Clear Water. But they find that besides adjusting to new surroundings, they find that their new beach house is not as finished as one would hope. they soon find themselves with no where to sleep, a large amount of clothing and animals with no where to go and no room in the garage for the cars, And there's a hail storm.
After having problems with their neighbors in Clear Water, the Hogans vow that things will be better in Miami. Linda decides to throw a block party barbeque but problems arise when they discover and are confused by the fact that their new neighbors keep kosher. It then falls to Nick and Hulk to find kosher food before the event.
Even with a big concert demanding her attention Brooke finds herself more concerned with Hulk and Linda controlling her career and her life, so when FHM magazine offers her a chance to model for the cover and a multi page spread, she sees it as a chance to claim her independence. Hulk on the other hand is prepared to put his foot down if things get to revealing.
After noticing more and more arguments taking place in their 23 year marriage, Hulk and Linda decide to go to a marriage counselor in the hopes of working through their issues.
With Brooke spending later nights out at the studio being out on tour for weeks at a time, Hulk and Linda decide to hire a bodyguard to watch over her. After interviewing potentials Hulk decides on someone he sees as tough enough to protect Brooke but not good looking enough to tempt her. Brooke on the other hand sees her new protector as a way of her father spying on her rathe rthen let her be on her own.
With the family settled in Miami and the renovations to the house almost complete, Linda, Brooke and Nick turn their attention to Hulks Fashion choices. Being in Miami and close to the fashion mecca of the city they hope that Hulk will ditch the fanny pack and parachute pants in the hope in favor of some South Beach styles. But Hulk begins to have second thoughts when the words "Hair Resoration" are mentioned.
With Nick busy with girls and driving and school, Hulk feels like he is losing touch with his son. So in order to reconnect with him, Hulk decides to get involved in some of the things Nick likes but seems to have trouble when it comes to crossing the generational gap into the realm of rap music and texting.
Linda decides that she needs to get into shape and in Hulks eyes, who better to train the wife than the husband. Unfortunately Linda does not think the same way and Hulk is not very happy when he sees who Linda chooses to take his place.
Linda and Hulk discover that Brookes been hiding the fact that she has a new boyfriend. And she has a good reason to keep them in the dark as the guy happens to be thirty years old. In a foolish attempt to stop the relationship, Hulk invites one of Brookes old boyfriends from Clear Water to the house and in the process doubled his own problems by adding a new suitor to the mix.
It's time once again for the family vacation. But instead of going to someplace where they can relax like the tropics, Linda decides that the family should get away from the beach and get their hands dirty on a western dude ranch. But while Linda enjoys this rustic life, the rest of family would rather be served on their vacation than be the ones doing all of the work.
After seeing that Nick seems to have a way with the ladies, Hulk decides that it is time the have the long overdue "talk". But when Nick does not take his father seriously, Hulk decides to show him the consequence's of his actions by making him care for a comuterized baby doll which needs constant attention.
The family travels to Universal Studios in Orlando for one of Brookes concerts and decide to stay and enjoy the park but find themselves mobbed by fans. Wanting to enjoy a trip with out hassel, Nick and Brooke come up with an idea that ivolves the family utilizing prosthetics and wigs so that they can move though the park like any other family.
Hulk notices that Brookes spending habits are out of control and if he can't find a way to curb them she may buy them in to peoverty. So to teach her about the value of money, he puts her in charge of her own money. Brooke happily agrees to this with the feeling that she is grown up enough to do this on her own but she soon discovers that perhaps her father was right about her extreme spending when her credit card bill comes.
The Family is excited and proud when Hulk is informed that he has been selected to recieve the "Father Of The Year" award. But before the ceremony the whole family returns the Clearwater to visit with Hulks mother and as is usually the case with in-laws, Linda and grandma Hogan don't always see things the same way.
