"หมอรัก" หมอสาวจิตอาสาที่หนีการจับคลุมถุงชนของแม่มาเพื่อตามหาพ่อหมอสมุนไพรที่ชุมชนสาริกา พบกับ "พล" เด็กวัดเสียงดีที่ทุกคนเรียกหมอเพลง ทั้งคู่ไม่ถูกกันตั้งแต่แรก แต่เมื่อได้ร่วมกันช่วยแก้ปัญหาชุมชน ความรู้สึกเริ่มเปลี่ยนไป ท่ามกลางอุปสรรคความรักที่มี "พรเทพ" เภสัชกรหนุ่มเพื่อนของหมอรักที่อยากเป็นคนรู้ใจเธอ
