Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) is the newest (and probably HiTop Films favorite) DC movie. Is it still the DCEU? Who knows. All I know is this HiTop Films Video Essay is less of an essay, more of a Birds of Prey Review, more more of a rant about how much I Love Birds of Prey. Please see this movie.
