ヒロト（岡山天音）は、日々食卓に肉を求めるなつみ（森七菜）に対して、バイトするよう促す。しかしなつみはなぜか得意げな顔。マンガ家を目指すなつみは、応募した新人漫画賞で受賞し、マンガ家デビューする思惑だったのだ。そんななつみは、学校で仲良くなったあかり（光嶌なづな）に誘われ、彼女が働く中華屋でバイトすることを決める。バイト初日、慣れない仕事にあたふたするなつみは…。
After days of Nastumi demanding meat for dinner, Hiroto encourages her to find a part-time job. Natsumi fights back with a mysterious air of confidence-she's convinced that a rising manga artist's award will kickstart her career. Regardless, Akari gives her a job at a Chinese restaurant. Unfamiliar with the working lifestyle, she struggles through her first day.
