ジャンピンロケットが第２回アイプリコンテストの出場を決めた時、シツムゥから出場資格を得られるのは本日中との発表がなされる。みつきと違い、まだスペースバズリウムチェンジができていないひまりは焦りを感じる。そんな時、２年A組に、クラスメイトのなぎさの妹・初等部一年生のうみがやって来る。アイプリひまりの大ファンだと言ううみ。しかし、なぎさとケンカして、教室を飛び出してしまう。うみが「明日、病院でがんばる日」だと知ったひまりは、コンテストの締切が迫る中、うみを探しに追いかけていき……。

Ao contrário de Mitsuki, Himari ainda não consegue fazer o Space Buzzlume Change e se sente ansiosa. Nesse momento, Umi, aluna do primeiro ano do ensino fundamental e irmã mais nova da colega Nagisa, chega à turma 2A. Umi diz que é muito fã da Aipri Himari. Mas, ela briga com Nagisa e sai correndo da sala. Quando Himari descobre que amanhã é o "dia de Umi trabalhar duro no hospital", ela corre atrás dela conforme o prazo para o concurso se aproxima...
