MacLeod läuft in eine junge Frau namens Kyra, die ihr Gedächtnis verloren hat und aus einem Krankenhaus entkommen ist. Er erkennt in ihr seine ehemalige Geliebte, eine Unsterbliche, wieder. Doch Kyra glaubt MacLeod zunächst nicht. Doch als sie merkt, dass ihr jemand nach dem Leben trachtet, wird Kyra stutzig.
