McLeod trifft einen alten Bekannten wieder, mit dem er im mexikanischen Bürgerkrieg gekämpft hat. Doch im Gegensatz zu McLeod ist Karros immer noch ein Krieger, der mit Gewalt seine Ziele durchsetzen will. Dabei geht er auch über Leichen.

Led by Paul Karros, the people of a tiny Balkan nation are rising up against an oppressive dictator. Karros is an Immortal who once fought his way to freedom with Spartacus. Since then, whenever the common people have been fighting against oppression, Karros has been at their side. Karros and his assistant, Mara, have come to the U.S. to drum up support for their cause. MacLeod and Karros fought together in the Mexican Revolution and Karros tries to convince MacLeod to fight with him now. MacLeod turns him down, but Charlie is tempted both by the cause and by Mara.

Le peuple d'une petite nation des baltiques se soulève contre un tyran oppresseur. Ce groupe est dirigé par un immortel, Paul Karros, lequel a combattu aux côtés de Spartacus contre l'armée romaine. Karros se rend aux Etats-Unis afin d'obtenir le soutien du pays et il demande à son ancien compagnon de bataille, Mc Leod, de se rallier à sa cause. Ce dernier refuse tandis que Charlie est séduit. Mais bientôt Mc Leod découvre, stupéfait, les moyens criminels qu'utilise Karros pour parvenir à ses fins.

Per l'immortale Karros la guerra è l'unica ragione di vita. MacLeod ha spesso combattuto al fianco di Karros pur non condividendo i suoi ideali. Ora l'immortale viene chiamato in un paese balcanico per liberare il popolo oppresso, ma il suo fanatismo lo porta ad usare metodi poco ortodossi che fanno inorridire MacLeod.
