Doktorun son anda verdiği haberle bir mucizenin kapılarını aralayan Reyyan ve Miran tedavi için İstanbul'a giderler. Küçük kızlarını Hazar'a emanet edip onlarla birlikte İstanbul'a giden Zehra'nın yanı sıra, Fırat ve Zeynep'te yanlarındadır. Bu sırada Reyyan'ı hasta edenin Füsun olduğunu öğrenen Hazar'da hesap sormak üzere soluğu Aslanbey konağında alır. Son anda yetişen Azize oğlunu durdurmaya çalışır. İkisinin bunca yaşananın ardından ana oğul olmaya başladığını gören Füsun'u derin bir nefret duygusu sarmıştır.

Episódios 93 (237) ao 97 (241): Para Reyyan e Miran, a porta dos milagres finalmente se abriu com a notícia dada pelo médico no último minuto, então eles decidiram ir a Istambul para o tratamento e, com sorte, voltar com seu filho. Zehra, que confiou as filhas pequenas a Hazar, foi a Istambul com eles, junto com Azra e os recém-casados Fırat e Zeynep. Enquanto isso, Hazar descobre que foi Füsun quem deixou Reyyan doente, então ele vai à mansão Aslanbey para pedir explicações. Azize descobre o que Hazar está planejando e tenta impedi-lo.
