Leroy gets a new assistant dog in the junkyard and announces that tougher rules will now be enforced. The new dog is the world's worst practical joker and makes our heroes suffer unmercifully until Riff Raff discovers that the new dog can dish it out, but he can't take it.
César a embauché un assistant pour garder la décharge et il proclame que des règles très strictes vont entrer en vigueur. Le nouveau chien n'a pas deux sous d'humour et il se montre sans pitié pour les Entrechats. Mais c'est sans compter sur l'esprit inventif de Riff-Raff.
