Riff Raff's sleep is disturbed by the sound of a squawking whacko bird. Try as he may, he can neither silence nor hide from the noisy bird. Eventually, he manages to trap the intruder and ship it to Africa - before he hears about the big reward the zoo has offered for the bird.
Riff-Raff est dérangé dans son sommeil par le bruit horripilant d'un oiseau très bavard. Malgré tous ses efforts, il ne peut ni le faire taire ni se cacher. De colère, il capture le perturbateur et l'expédie en Afrique. Quelque temps après, il apprend qu'une importante récompense est offerte par le zoo pour retrouver l'oiseau.
