Inspired by true events, follows the hardships and professional challenges of female doctors who decided to open a new medical center, Women's Medical Arts, in response to health care system not addressing many problems of female patients.

La protagonista es la actriz Melissa George en el papel de Alex Panttiere, un cirujana cardíaca que lucha por equilibrar su vida personal y profesional. La serie se estrena el 22 de Marzo en Estados Unidos en la cadena NBC. En España se estrena en el canal Cosmopolitan TV. el 17 de abril de 2016.
