Will does not seem to be able to forgive Kate and Kate ends up again in the arms of Adam. Toby wants to go back home and suggests Kate to come with him. Kate finally accepts. Craig is moving into the hotel and tries at the same time to break up with Maddie but fails in telling her the truth.
Sasha succeeds in gaining a new position at the hotel. However, Heath remains suspicious about the new ownership and the changes in the hotel policies. Toby informs Will that Kate and himself are leaving that night. Will, under panic, acts foolishly. However, all he wants is to save his marriage. Will Kate accept despite his unwise attitude? Charlie, despite her attempt to run away, is stopped by Palermo. Charlie still refuses to speak and Craig keeps on defending her. Pamela, Kate's mother, is poisoning the couple and wants her daughter to renounce her marriage. Andy moves in Maddie's former room. He does not seem too affected by his recent break-up! Will's parents are having a birthday party and feel compelled to invite Pamela. The party ends up in a state of turmoil, especially after the party finds out that Rob, Will's father, has disappeared after he was excused from his job.
The search for Rob will bring Kate's and Will's families closer, especially after Pamela reveals a much softer and undisguised side. Although Adam and Sasha have been trying very hard to keep their relationship secret at the College, Gareth, taking the advantage of surprising them flirting, succeeds in having Adam suspended from his job. Charlie is in danger, after Jack, her ex-boyfriend, informed of her betrayal, runs away from the police and looks for her. In the meanwhile, Nathan decides to visit Charlie. Jack is also on his way. Palermo shows up shortly after. A inevitable tragedy is about to happen.
Palermo survives but Julie takes advantage of the situation. Kate and Will's relationship seems to have improved. They are however very concerned about their friend Adam. They just do not trust Sasha. When Maddie hears about the shooting, she realizes that she still cares for Craig and, feeling depressed about it, she starts to act foolishly. Andy seems to have found the true love. Jack has taken Charlie as hostage but she manages to escape.
Charlie hides in Craig's dorm room. Craig finally convinces her to go to Palermo. Frightened, she accepts to finally go to the police but still keeps secret where Jack is. Charlie finally runs away with Craig's car and Craig runs after her with a friend's car... Jessica continues her investigation after Gareth's allegation against Adam. The University might be left with no counselors. Andy is desperate to gain the favour of his newly true love but encounters a few obstacles.
