Hastanedeki şiddet olayının yankıları devam ederken Aras sağ kurtulmuştur ama kolundaki hasar yüzünden cerrahlığa ara vermesi gerekiyordur. Aras bu gerçeği kabul etmekte zorlanır ve arkadaşlarından tek bir şey ister; kendini zaten suçlu hisseden Derin’in bunu bilmemesini... While the repercussions of the violence at the hospital continue, Aras survives, but he must take a break from surgeries because of the damage to his arm. Aras finds it difficult to accept this fact and demands only one thing from his friends; that Derin, who already feels guilty, doesn't know this... While Derin, has devoted herself to combating this feeling of guilt, the only thing that keeps her alive during her sleepless days is her medications. On the other hand, Barış will start cancer treatment, but a beggar girl he sees on the street, whose foot is infected, causes her whole day to change. Ali Haydar and Andaç uncover a much darker secret in the family of a patient who comes with a suicide attempt. In the finale, when all the wounds are healed and the hospital gathers for Aras' surprise birthday party, there is a truth they do not know; at two different ends of the city, both Derin and Barış's lives are in danger!
Enquanto as consequências da violência no hospital continuam, Aras sobrevive, mas precisa se afastar das cirurgias por causa do dano em seu braço.
