Episode 1

Si King and Dave Myers embark on a quest to lose weight while still enjoying the food they love by creating healthier versions of their favourite recipes, and ask fellow dieters to test the new, low-calorie dishes. The duo also search for ways to make their lifestyles more active - including swapping their motorbikes for pedal-powered machines - and learn why obesity is an increasingly serious problem in 21st-century Britain
