A great Food Network host has to be able to take a bite of the featured dish and describe it for the audience. This week, the remaining prospects arrive in Los Angeles, where Guy Fieri, Alex Guarnaschelli and Mark Dissin test their ability to do just that. Guy asks the prospects to pick a dish that they would feature on their show and describe it to camera. But it's much harder than it looks on TV, and the challenge sends one prospect packing.
