Every Moment Counts is a one-hour special which highlights some of the most memorable moments from the last three seasons, hosted by Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Denny Duquette, Jr.). The special also included an exclusive, world broadcast premiere "Grey's Anatomy" music video set to singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile's song, "The Story". The episode aired on April 12, 2007, in between My Favorite Mistake (episode 3.19) and Time After Time (3.20).
