Nahanni National Park Reserve is a world-renowned destination for canoeists and white-water enthusiasts. Nestled in the south west corner of the North West Territories, the Park protects 200 miles of the 250 mile long South Nahanni River. The Park was designated the first ever UNESCO World Heritage Site, because of its spectacular scenery and unique geological features.
