They meet India’s first woman Kiteboarder, Charmaine and Margarida, who runs her late husband's authentic Portuguese restaurant, Nostalgia, tucked in the gullies of South Goa. They also meet Pratyusha, who left her comfortable life back in the US, to run her Kombucha start-up.
