While on a job observing stray cats at a shrine feeding themselves,the Yorozuya waiting for the boss cat to show up with the name Hoichi. But as he finally shows up, and Kagura and Shinpachi jump out of the bushes to capture him, he escapes easily. So they ask Gintoki to help out, when they notice that he mysteriously disappeared.
El Yorozuya ha recibido el encargo de atrapar a Hoichi, el jefe de los gatos callejeros, en un santuario al que siempre van a comer. Sin embargo, algo inesperado ocurre.

かぶき町のとある神社。かぶき町のボス猫、ホウイチを捕まえるよう町内会から依頼されていた銀時たち。そして、新八と神楽が網を持って飛び出すが、一瞬のうちに二人の手を逃れ、悠々とその場を立ち去ろうとしている。神楽と新八は銀時に助けを求めるが、なぜか銀時の姿がこつぜんと消えてしまっていた…！
카부키쵸의 길고양이들이 동네 사람들에게 피해를 준다는 이유로 수고양이들의 중성화 수술 계획에 돌입해서 길고양이를 대거 포획한다. 그런데 카부키쵸의 보스 고양이 호이치는 도저히 잡을 수가 없어서 해결사들이 나선다. 먹을 것을 미끼로 두고 잠복하고 있는데 마침내 나타난 호이치. 하지만 날쌘 호이치는 카구라와 신이치를 할퀴고 달아나는 데 성공한다. 그런데 그 순간 마침 노상방뇨를 하고 있었던 긴토키가 어찌 된 영문인지 고양이 모습으로 변하고 마는데...
Dopo aver profanato un luogo sacro felino, Gintoki e Katsura vengono tramutati in gatti. Successivamente incontreranno Kondo, diventato invece un grosso gorilla.
