A cheerful and daring mercenary of the Jowston City-States, known as "Vagabond Viktor." Having many battles behind him, his skills are high. He swings around his giant sword with ease on the battlefield, but off of it, he also has a sharp eye for people, and has a friendliness that allows him to easily blend in.
