Narkotik şubenin gözü kara başkomiseri Aslan, organize suçlar şubesine geçiş yapar ve kendisine neredeyse tamamen ters bir karakter olan, Kemal Başkomiser ile beraber çalışmak zorunda kalır. Kemal Başkomiser emekliliğine çok az kaldığı için hiçbir işini şansa bırakma, kendini belaya bulaştırmak istemez ve Aslan ile çalışmayı başta reddeder. Fakat artık çok geçtir, ikili mecburen de olsa beraber göreve başlarlar.
