Kaoru has a dream and enters her Makai Realm, but finds she cannot leave. After consulting with the God of Pictures, she must go on a quest to find the Gold Pencil in order to leave this world.
北の管轄を守る鋼牙の元に、魔戒法師の里・閑岱からやって来たという少女・鈴が現れた。彼女から話を聞いた鋼牙は、彼女の案内で閑岱へ向かうことになる。だが、鋼牙が閑岱に到着すると、一本の槍が鋼牙へ目掛けて飛来。そして、その持ち主である魔戒騎士・翼が、鋼牙をこれ以上進ませまいと攻撃を仕掛けてきた...!!
