Jesse und Joey schreiben gemeinsam Werbejingles. Als sie eines ihrer fertigen Produkte der Agentur präsentieren, kommt es zu einem folgenschweren Zwischenfall. Jesse soll einen Werbejingle für einen Autoreifenmarkt komponieren, kommt mit diesem Job aber nicht so recht voran. Da kommt Joey vorbei und schüttelt so ganz nebenbei eine perfekte Melodie aus dem Ärmel, die den Jingle zu einem vollen Erfolg macht. Und schon hat Jesse den nächsten Auftrag von der Agentur: Nun soll er eine Melodie für ein bekanntes Katzenfutter schreiben. Wiederum üben sich Jesse und Joey im Teamwork und stellen das fertige Stück schließlich vor den Vertretern der Agentur vor. Bei dieser Performance komme es allerdings zu einem ungeplanten Zwischenfall, der die Freundschaft von Jesse und Joey auf eine harte Bewährungsprobe stellt.

Main Synopsis: When Joey gives Jesse the inspiration Jesse needs to write an advertising jingle that Jesse has been having problems with, the result is that the jingle is bought. This bit of success leads to Jesse making an offer to Joey -- he now wants Joey to be his writing partner. Joey accepts the offer. When Joey gives the next jingle "the Joey treatment", and it's not bought, a feud erupts between Jesse and Joey, but they work things out and decide to remain partners. Meanwhile, D.J. and Stephanie are feuding because Stephanie is always messing up things that belong to D.J., and D.J. is out to teach Stephanie a lesson about it, starting by tying all of Stephanie's shoes together by the laces while Stephanie's not wearing them.
Joey donne à Jesse une idée pour un jingle publicitaire. Quand il le vend, l'agence de publicité donne à Jesse une chance pour un film publicitaire télévisé national pour des aliments pour chats, et Jesse demande Joey de l'aider. Stephanie y D.J. se pelean porque Stephanie siempre anda enredando en las cosas de D.J. y como venganza, D.J. le ata todos los zapatos del armario uno junto al otro.
