The protagonist of the series is the usual medical brother Vitya, who works in a plastic surgery clinic. A humble, trouble-free young man used to obey everyone, including his mother and friends. Once, the local mafia therapist visits the clinic where he works. The head of the criminal clan wants to change his appearance in order to hide from the police. But during the operation, authority dies. Vitya is sure that he is to blame for his death, and now he faces the revenge of the entire gangster world. A faithful friend Artyom comes to the rescue. He offers Vita an unexpected way out - to become a Therapist - and pulls the young man into an adventure that will completely turn his life around.
