I know some people are getting frustrated at how the fulfillment process continues to drag on - let me assure you that nobody is more frustrated about it than us. We are told that 90% of the books are complete, and the last 10% will be done next Wednesday and ready to ship - but we were also told they would be ready to ship by today. The good news is that for all the delays, the quality of the books is fantastic - I know you will be really happy with them, and I hope that will make up for the very late shipment.
